At Safilo I am a Mainframe Operator: I run an IBM Z system on z/VSE, keep the international server infrastructure up and answer on the front line of the ICT help desk. It is a job where reliability comes first.

Off shift I study Telecommunications Engineering in Padua and build software: open source projects, commissioned work and a homelab where everything lives in containers. I study LLMs to truly understand them, not just to use them. And when I close the laptop, I send a drone up.

When I leave the ground

I fly stabilised drones (DJI Mini, Air and Mavic series) and acrobatic FPV, for aerial footage and dynamic content.
